Extra Facilities (Additional Fees): Projector rental of IDR 750,000 / event / day (FREE projector screen provided in XL & XXL Room), Carrying & using your own projector will be charged an additional IDR 100,000 / event / day (FREE projector screen provided in Room XL & XXL)

Additional Rental Charges
If the room is used more than the maximum time, then an additional rental fee / hour is charged according to the type of room rented. If the room is still used after operating hours (after 18:00), it will be subject to a IDR 100,000 / hour Overtime Fee, excluding Rental Fees

Additional/Hours
Calculation of Additional Rental Fees / Hours has been calculated as an additional 1 hour if it is past 15 minutes from the last rental hour

Payment
Down-Payment (DP) 50% 1 week before the event, Full Payment 100% 3 days before the event. If there is a cancellation
